Unopened items may be returned within 15 days for a full refund (original cost of the item including shipping & handling fee plus your shipping cost) minus 30% restocking fee. Please e-mail us if you’d like to return your item. We will refund your money within 24 hours after item is received.

2. Insured items that got damaged or lost during shipping
If your order is damaged, defective, lost, or stolen, we will either replace with the same product or refund your money. Damaged of defective items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
